Actually I don't see a problem with German law for an event like this since there's no actual projectiles being shot. Otherwise, gw is always an issue, but not only in Germany.
Btw, where from Rheinland-Pfalz are you from? We're located in the Cologne area, so maybe it's not too far...

Near Mannheim/Ludwigshafen, I think nearly 300km to cologne ....we win the golden deamon competition startet by GW in cologne(Gürzenich) in 2006 and take part as guests with full equipment ( all heavy weapons) in 2007.

I see the problem in the very disciplined and very modern style of the squad, we have massive problems to get an area to display an military camp with barbed wire, sand bags and bunkers( with assault cannon )
In germany the people think everytime you are building up an secret army to destroy the democracy....
The equipment ist not my problem... only the nice place to have an imperial weekend.....

Hmm as far I'm aware, it's possible to lend such areas from the danish military (don't flame me, cuz i'm not sure ^^), especialy if it's only for a weekend

Thats nice for the danish....but here in germany the army have a problem to lend the training areas for modern military roleplaying or softair. Its a political problem, not a problem with the army.

I´m sometimes guest to military vehicle events on training areas of the army, thats no problem, but every weapons ( dummy, soft, blankfiring etc) are forbidden.
